1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using RunApps ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

RunApps is a platform for finding and publishing AI apps. Apps are web applications built by independent creators or by RunApps, served in your browser, and make AI model requests through the RunApps gateway. Users can open apps and pay for the AI usage they incur; creators can publish apps and, where enabled, earn a share of that usage.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
One person or entity may not maintain more than one account.

4. Billing and Payments

Usage is billed on a pay-as-you-go basis from your account balance. Charges are incurred when apps you use make AI model requests, when you call models with an API key, and for file storage.
Some apps may add a creator fee on top of AI usage; it is shown on the app's page before you open it.
Payments are processed through Stripe and PayPal. All fees are in US dollars.
You may add funds to your account balance at any time. Account balances are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Referral Program

Users may participate in the referral program to earn commissions on referred users' spending. Commission rates and duration are set by the platform and may change. Commission balances can be transferred to your main account balance or withdrawn via PayPal (subject to minimum withdrawal requirements and manual approval). RunApps reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Violate any applicable law or regulation.
Generate, store, or distribute malware, exploits, or other malicious software.
Engage in cryptocurrency mining or other resource-abusive activities within instances.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' instances, data, or accounts.
Use apps or the API to generate content that is illegal, harmful, or violates third-party rights.
Resell or sublicense access to the Service without written permission.

7. Your Files

Files you upload, and files apps save on your behalf, are stored in cloud storage associated with your account.
Removing an app from your account deletes the files that app saved for you.
You can delete your files at any time from the Storage page.
We do not guarantee permanent storage of files. You are responsible for backing up important files.

8. AI-Generated Content

AI-generated content is provided "as is." Models may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate output, and apps are built by independent creators. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before relying on it.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience downtime. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in abusive behavior. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your instances will be destroyed and access to the Service will be revoked. Any remaining account balance is non-refundable unless required by law.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RunApps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification.
